Steps to Getting your Home Sold:

To ESTABLISH VALUE, I meet with my clients, view the home, and  complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), that compares your home to similar homes in the area. 

I design a MARKETING PLAN for your home, which, at Century 21, always includes your listing on over 800 real estate websites, social media exposure, and a unique property website for JUST your listing.  I also employ more traditional marketing methods such as advertising in real estate magazines, holding open houses, and sending post cards to prospective clients. I work with my clients to PREPARE THE HOME TO PRESENT TO THE PUBLIC.  Curb appeal and presentation are important: some homes benefit from decluttering and staging. So, with your approval, I will ensure the home is staged to show off its best features. I also guide my clients on steps they can take to maximaze curb appeal, all prior to taking a single listing photo.
